For Short stays there is a surcharge.
We ask for your understanding, that we can only accept cash. No Credit cards!
There is no refund if you leave before your scheduled departure or arrive later than planned. Once we have sent confirmation of your booking you will be deemed to have entered into a binding contract and will have to pay the agreed price for the booked time.
If you are delayed and are going to arrive after 6pm, please contact us by phone (please see above for our phone number).

This is a non-smoking house. Thank you for your understanding.
There are parking spaces directly by the house for all our guests (some of which are covered).

In our Apartments Sheets as well as Towels and Tea towels are inclusive.
Cancellation not only sounds inconvenient, it is, both for you and for us. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.
The terms and conditions for Cancellation are as follows:
All cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel your booking between 3 and 1 month before your scheduled arrival date you will be charged 40% of the agreed total price. If you cancel your booking between 1 month and 1 week before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged 70% of the agreed total price and If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged 90% of the agreed total price.
If there are fewer people staying than booked for, you nevertheless have to pay the whole price as agreed at time of booking.
